Psychometric assessment


Psychometric testing is an increasingly common tool used in the recruitment process and can assist with determining who is the best fit for a role both in terms of ability and personality.

Whilst it is somewhat unusual to utilise psychometric assessment for a role at a senior level, we have done when requested, and the preferred candidate in each assignment was put through a full psychological appraisal to confirm their appointment, rather than be part of the decision-making process.
